- All teams lead by a senior painter with at least 3 years of professional experience
- Only qualified people perform small renovations
- All painters have experienced or if apprentice, he/she is trained and supervised by a senior specialist

- Ongoing training in safety practices in compliance with WSIB
- Keeping on top of industry standards and evolving technologies in our field
- Continuous education about new products and systems that become available
